Ans:     Normally, within one hour of registering the call you will receive a call from us requesting for an appointment and then as per your convenient time our Field Service Engineer will reach at your place.

Ans:     Our FIELD SERVICE ENGINER IS CALLED “THE MAN”.


4. To which brands does “THE” provide service?

8. Does the AMC cover the spare parts price also?
Ans:     No, Our AMC cards are not over priced with built in spare parts cost, which most of the time you don't need to spend, so we have kept spare part charges extra on a requirement basis. However in case of any spare part failure, we will replace it at a very nominal price.
